Rose City AirFest Airshow
In a celebration of America and to benefit local East Texas veterans, Cedar Creek Veterans Foundation (CCVF) is pleased to announce the first ever, Rose City AirFest, to take place July 3rd. This celebration will include the second annual The Magnificent 7 Warbird Expo from July 3-5th at the Historical Aviation Memorial Museum (HAMM) at Tyler Pounds Regional Airport. CCVF is also pleased to announce that proceeds from Rose City AirFest primarily will go to support Camp V, Tyler, an all-inclusive veterans support center in Tyler, Texas. Camp V, Tyler, is a new 20-acre campus that will serve veterans, active service members, reserve or family members in need of mental, physical and spiritual wellness assistance. We invite you to learn more at www.CampVTyler.org. Rose City AirFest will take off at 6 PM on July 3rd, 2020, at Tyler Pounds Airport. The performers will include a variety of vintage warbird planes including the WWII era B-17 “Texas Raiders”, a TORA plane reenactment, the B-25, Devil Dog, the last remaining Helldiver, Randy Ball’s Russian MiG17 and Vietnam era planes and helicopters. Many of these planes will be available for rides and tours from July 3-5th at The Magnificent 7 Warbird Expo.
