SPORTyler was re-chartered in 2006, focusing on the following initiatives:

Sponsoring community sports luncheons designed to celebrate the opening of the local football, basketball and baseball seasons.

Promoting Collegiate, High School, and League sporting events

Establishing a Junior Golf tournament that will bring families from outside our community to the Tyler area.
